| Reporter (Hindi) | Graduate of a recognized University. Shorthand speed in English/ Hindi 160 words per minute and typing English/ Hindi 60/ 40 words per minute respectively. |
| Jr. Scale Stenographer | Should have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent from a Board/ University recognized by H.P./ Central Govt. Should possess the speed in shorthand and typewriting in both the languages i.e. Hindi and English at the time of initial recruitment. |
| Clerk | Bachelor’s Degree or it’s equivalent from a recognized University. Should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English Typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi Type writing on Computer. |
| Driver | Should be Middle Pass or its equivalent from recognized Board of School Education/ Institution. Must possess a valid driving license for plying heavy vehicles in hilly terrain. Should qualify the prescribed driving test. |
