Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) has been incorporated with the purpose of recruiting capable, competent, highly skilled individuals by conducting written tests, professional tests and personal interviews. The Board shall be committed to develop selection and recruitment procedures that confirm to the global standards in testing, and promise selections by all fair means, of the most competent, capable, and skilled individuals for user departments.
The Board of Revenue Department (BOR), Rajasthan is the functioning organisation to collect and execute revenues. They go through rigorous selection process to select applicants. The main intention of the board is to select capable, skilled workforce for the smooth operation of the department
RSMSSB conducted preliminary examination on 13th February for 3979 Patwari posts in Non-Scheduled Area and 421 Patwari posts in Scheduled Area in Rajasthan. More than 6 lakh candidates competed in exam to move on to next phase of selection which comprise of main examination and interview.
After the publication of result ,the candidates are able to check their result in the official website:rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in by using their roll number or date of birth. Merit list and mark obtained in the test will be available on the mentioned site

The candidates who entered the Rajasthan Patwari Preliminary Merit List 2016 will be eligible to sit for the main exam after 2-3 months of preliminary result which will be objective type and will comprise sections such as General Knowledge, Mathematics, Basic Computer Knowledge and General Hindi . After the main exam, final merit list will be published.
