Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: The candidates must possess Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognised Engineering Institution and must have knowledge of any of the State Languages such as Nepali/ Sikkimese/ Bhutia/ Lepcha/ Limbo.
