The Union Public Service Commission has released a notification for the recruitment of Assistant Director, Assistant Architect and Deputy Architect Posts. There are almost 60 vacancies to be filled. Eligibility Criteria 

Educational Qualification

Assistant Director:

• Qualification recognized for enrollment in the registrar of members of the Institute of Charted Accounts of India.

Assistant Architect:

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized university/ Institute.
• Registered with Council of Architecture as Architect or equivalent.

Deputy Architect:

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized university/ Institute.
• Registered as Architect with the Council of Architecture under the Architect Act 1972 (20 of 1972).

Age limit

• Assistant Director (cost): 35 years.
• Assistant Architect: 30 years.
• Deputy Architect: 35 years.

• The Application fee for Candidates is Rs. 25/-
• The candidates will be selected based on the performance in the computer test and the interview
• The Pay Scale given to the Selected candidates is Assistant Director (cost): Rs.15600/- – 39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-, Assistant Architect: Rs.9300/- – 34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4600/-, Deputy Architect: Rs.15600/- – 39100 and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
